All parties agree that Partner Funding's liability in any cause of action, shall be limited to fees paid, and nothing more.
PROPER VENUE FOR CLAIMS:
All parties agree to present claims against Partner Funding in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless a Court determines another venue is appropriate.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
All parties using this website agree to keep any & all information obtained thru it confidential, and in the case of investors, to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" when seeking additional non-public information from Entrepreneurs.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION:
All parties agree to provide accurate information, to the best of their ability, when entering data at this website.

Partner Funding does not provide legal advice concerning the formation of businesses, joint ventures, or any other matters. All parties are advised to seek legal counsel if they require it. All information provided at this website will be kept confidential by Partner Funding, unless you, the customer, decide to make any given portion of it public. At that point, caution is advised, not to reveal critical components of your plan, without a confidentiality agreement, signed by any given prospective investor.

YOUR BUSINESS PLANS WILL NOT BE PUBLIC UNTIL YOU DECIDE THEY'RE READY:
After establishing a free account & entering as many business plans as you choose, you'll have an important choice to make. You will need to decide whether to keep your plans private, or to go public right away. We advise entrepreneurs to go public as soon as possible with their business plans, and then add on to them over time as you develop each business plan one page at a time. This will enable prospective investors to view them online for funding purposes, while you're developing your business plans more fully. |
