In consideration of the below named Entrepreneur providing confidential information concerning their business ideas, directly or online, I/we hereby agree to keep any & all ideas & information obtained from them, & thru Partner Funding, confidential, & not to use said ideas or information for commercial purposes, without the written consent of the Entrepreneur.
I/we, also agree to be financially liable to the below named Entrepreneur for any revenues or profits I/we receive as a result of using their ideas or information, without their written consent, absent any other written agreement, as well as for any damages resulting from a breach of this agreement. This liability will continue for a period of ten years from this date, & include revenues & profits received by third parties, as well as damages caused by them, should I/we breach this agreement & reveal confidential information to them. Use of prior knowledge or information is exempt & is excluded.
